68% Salted Hot Chocolate Flakes (Vegan) - Bare Bones
This hot chocolate is made using the award-winning Dominican bean to bar chocolate, shaved into perfectly formed flakes. It is rich in salted caramel tones and delicate nutty flavours – working very well with cows milk and alternatives. Vegan and organic!
Saucepan: Add 150ml of milk to a saucepan with 30g of chocolate. Mix with a handheld whisk until all the chocolate is melted. Continue to heat until warmed through - make sure not to simmer or overheat.
Microwave: Add 150ml of milk to mug, microwave for 1 minute, add 30g of chocolate and whisk. (do not microwave with the chocolate on top of the milk as it can burn the chocolate).
Velvetiser: You can also make our hot chocolate with a milk frother. Our hot chocolate flakes work perfectly with the Hotel Chocolat velvetiser.
